1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the online course AI Creator Pro (hereafter “the Course”), offered by Montuno Entertainment Est., Licence No.: 1271877, Parcel Id.: 123-4413, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereafter “the Provider”).

2. Business Customers Only
The Course is offered exclusively to business customers (B2B). Sales to consumers (B2C) are not permitted. By purchasing the Course, the customer confirms that they are acting as a business entity and not as a consumer.

3. Services Provided
The Course includes access to online training materials, tutorials, and resources as described on the sales page. The Provider may update, expand, or modify the content at any time.

4. Access Duration
Course access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lifetime access is not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Payment
The course fee is due immediately upon ordering. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other available methods. Prices include applicable taxes, if any, unless otherwise stated.

6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
As the Course is a digital product made available immediately after purchase, no right of withdrawal applies. By confirming the mandatory checkbox during checkout, the customer explicitly waives their statutory right of withdrawal. Refunds are excluded.

7. Intellectual Property
All course content is protected by copyright. Reproduction, resale, or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Provider.

8. Use of Content
The Course may only be used for personal and professional training purposes by the purchaser. Sharing access credentials or reselling access is prohibited.

9. Liability
The Provider is not liable for financial outcomes, business results, or other achievements resulting from participation in the Course. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Dubai, UAE.
