By purchasing the AI Creator Pro course, you enter into a binding agreement with Montuno Entertainment Est., Licence No.: 1271877, Parcel Id.: 123-4413, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereafter “the Provider”).

2. Licensing Rights

• The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal and professional training purposes only.

• Resale, redistribution, or sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited.

• The license does not transfer any ownership rights of the content to the purchaser.

3. Restrictions

• The purchaser may not copy, distribute, or make the course content publicly available without written permission.

• Course materials may not be modified, republished, or incorporated into other products.

• Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Payment and Access

• Access to the course is granted only after full payment has been received.

• The course is accessible for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, texts, graphics, and other materials, remain the exclusive property of the Provider and are protected by copyright.

6. Termination of License
The Provider reserves the right to revoke access and terminate the license in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or unlawful use.

7. Governing Law
These Purchase and Licensing Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Place of jurisdiction is Dubai, UAE.
